The house is a modern detached property.

One of only nine, in a tasteful, and very rare development called les Bergeries du Bastan.

  It has been designed to sleep 6 people. with two double bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom downstairs that contains two bunk beds, and a fold-out guest bed for a seventh person.

Upstairs there are two separate wash rooms - one with a bath, toilet and hand basin, and the other with a shower and hand basin.

The shower room also has a washing machine and drier.

Downstairs there is a second toilet and hand basin.
